Delivery
Once full payment has been received the order will be prepared and dispatched. We aim for all products to be with the customer within 14 days, but please allow up to 21days for delivery before contacting us about a lost order, after this time if the order is genuinely lost we will send out a replacement order. If we know of any reason for a delay we will communicate this directly to the customer.

Returns
If a product is faulty, the customer has the right to return to us for a full replacement or refund. Once a genuine fault has been established by Piddley Pix, any postage costs for returning the product will be reimbursed as long as proof of cost can be produced.
If the customer decides they no longer want a product it can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase as long as returned in a unused and undamaged condition. The return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
